On-site intervention for maintenance or After-Sales Service
STONE Industrie provides all its customers with a free After-Sales service hotline which enables almost 80% of issues to be resolved by telephone. This high rate of problem resolution is notably due to the fact that all STONE Industrie machines
are connected and accessible remotely by our technicians..
However, if the problem cannot be solved remotely, an on-site intervention will be scheduled. Several solutions exist and allow us to always find the right balance between the level of urgency
and economic efficiency.
As such, STONE Industrie operates its own team of After-Sales service technicians, supplemented by a network of technical partners and dealers. This organisation enables us to provide quality technical support to all our French customers,
but also to ensure the smooth running of the STONE Industrie bottling lines installed on the 5 continents.
