After being fully designed in-house at STONE industrie, your new bottling line (or monobloc) will be mounted and assembled on-site at our Isère premises.
Are you thinking of creating a new bottling line, modifying an existing line or installing a new monobloc?
In all cases, quality control is carried out on-site at the STONE Industrie factory.
Once the design of your new bottling line has been validated, the STONE Industrie design office will provide our manufacturing workshop with all the elements (manufacturing plans, etc.) required
for its production. The STONE Industrie "supply" department will also be involved in ordering all the parts planned by the design office.

Most of the parts and components that make up STONE Industrie solutions are manufactured in-house, with some parts being sub-contracted locally in the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region.

Systematic testing and quality control before delivery
Before delivery, each bottling line is fully assembled and systematically tested at our premises.
The tests are carried out in the presence of the customer's representative with the liquid and type of bottle supplied by the customer.
