Every piece of bottling equipment undergoes full-scale testing before delivery
Whatever its size and type, each bottling solution sold by STONE Industrie is systematically tested in real conditions of use in our factory before being dismantled and shipped to its place of operation.
This was the case for a high-speed mobile bottling line installed on a truck to be shipped… to Chile.
Nothing is left to chance
These real-life tests are carried out with the liquid (wine/spirits…) and type of bottles provided by the customer so as to leave nothing to chance.
Operator training
These full-scale tests are carried out in the presence of customer representatives and are usually the perfect medium for training future operators.
On-site installation and commissioning
On completion of these tests, the bottling line (or monobloc) is dismantled and shipped to the customer.
A team of STONE Industrie technicians will go on site to install the machine, commission it and ensure that it is 100% functional and 100% compliant with the order.
Once commissioning is complete, the customer can sign the final acceptance report and fully use their new work tool.
Training
We can provide you with customised training courses for our new and existing equipment. STONE Industrie is a professional training organisation approved by the French Ministry of Labour. All our technicians have been trained according to a rigorous skills transfer programme.
The training sessions are open to all users of our machines and are available in English, French and Spanish.
Let's talk about your project!

STONE Industrie bottling lines guarantee
All STONE Industrie bottling lines are guaranteed for 1 year parts and labour.
However, as each machine leaving our factory is almost unique, the guarantee conditions are specific to each bottling line and are part of the contract signed at time of order.
