Traditional corks - Quick emptying of the cap feed channel & dust removal

In order to facilitate draining of the cap channel, we have modified the arrival of caps on our capping machines. By loosening the adjustable handle, then pushing the lower unit towards the back of the machine to free the passage of the caps,
draining of the channel into a bag or container is possible (passage of the caps in the elbow tube).
This modification has enabled us to offer on option, suction of cork dust at the bottom of the channel. The dust extractor is installed on the accessory island and connected to the tube by a stainless steel hose on the capper side.
If necessary, this system can be completed by a suction unit on the cap lift. In this case the suction unit will be installed directly on the lift frame.
